The CAATS® Product Guarantee is your assurance that if you’re not 100% satisfied, we will do what it takes to make it right. We stand by our customers and that means standing by our products.

Satisfaction Guarantee Certificate. Text reads: CAATS® products achieve Total Customer Satisfaction with the following SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. In the event any Original Purchaser of CAATS® products is dissatisfied with their purchase, CAATS® will make it right by: 1. Full or partial refund of the invoice amount, or 2. Full or partial replacement of the product in question. Although CAATS® will seek to adhere to purchaser preference, CAATS® reserves the right to determine which of the above will satisfy this GUARANTEE. Claims under this GUARANTEE must be filed in writing. At all times, our intention is to take appropriate action quickly to satisfy our valuable customers.

CAATS® guarantees that any dissatisfaction with our products will be made right by: (1) authorizing a full, or partial refund of the invoiced amount, or (2) authorizing a full or partial replacement of the product.
